About AYM

AYM is all about high-quality slow fashion. While most companies choose to focus soely on how the product will look, AYM focus on the impact their items have on the planet and its people. Having won multiple awards and being a proud member of the Living Wage campaign (UK)., AYM are walking the talk.

In addition to the 1.3K trees they have already planted to date, AYM will also be a part of the Virtue community as they start supporting World Land Trust this Green Friday.

AYM Corporate Responsibility

While many companies claim to be 100% sustainable - the reality is that they are not.

AYM does not make this claim, but they are doing all of the right things when it comes to sustainability. From emissions offsetting to paying a living wage, AYM have a robust set of values that they stand by to ensure their brand is a force for good in the fashion industry.

Made to Last

As a proud slow fashion Brand, AYM make products that will stand the test of time. Not only do they use high-quality fabrics, but they also have a Care Guide available with cleaning, repair, and longevity best practices.

And, if you need any additional help, they will happily answer your questions if you reach out to them at info@aym-studio.com.

Designing for Good

Before the products are even made, they are designed with sustainability in mind. By focusing on more timeless styles, AYM clothing can be worn for years.

There is a conscious effort to make clothes that can be worn frequently. This means focus on solid colours and even items that can be forn backwards!

Living Wage

With all clothing produced in the UK, it is important to AYM that everyone involved in the process is paid a fair living wage. That is why they have teamed up with Living Wage Brighton to ensure that AYM is always paying their employees above the living wage.

Packaging

All packaging used is by AYM is sustainable.

Boxes, swing tags and box inserts are made using FSC® responsible paper and card which is biodegradable and can be recycled after use. In addition, their garmet bags are also made using biodegradable material.

Shipping

Items are shipped with UPS. They ensure that the emissions from each delivery are tracked and offset using tree planting and other carbon offsetting initiatives.

10 for 10 Initiative

This year AYM will be celebrating Green Friday.

Instead of relying on heavy discounts to drive sales, they will be activating their 10 for 10 initiative from Friday Nov 25th to Monday November 28th.

All purchases over the 4 day period will automatically be discounted at 10%, in addition, 10% of each sale will be donated to the World Land Trust as part of their Save an Acre Programme.

For every £100 donated 1 acre of crucial habitat can be protected.
